The Huawei S1730S-S48P4S-A is an enterprise-grade Gigabit Ethernet switch launched by Huawei, primarily designed for high-density access scenarios in small to medium-sized networks. It supports adaptive transmission rates of 10/100/1000Mbps. The device features a standard rack-mounted design, equipped with 48 Gigabit electrical ports and 4 Gigabit SFP optical ports, offering a backplane bandwidth of 216Gbps and a packet forwarding rate of 77.38Mpps.
The hardware supports PoE+ power delivery with a maximum power of 911W, capable of meeting the power supply needs of multiple devices. It features built-in QoS traffic management, 4K VLAN segmentation, and port security policies, making it suitable for deployment in office networks and small server rooms. The power supply supports a wide input voltage range of 100-240V and employs air cooling along with intelligent speed regulation technology
